When you book a Discovery Call, submit a form on our site, or complete a lead form in one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we collect the details you provide. That is typically your name, email address, phone number, business name and whatever you tell us about your business.

We share personal information with the platforms and tools we use to run our business. These currently include Google (analytics and advertising), Meta Platforms (advertising and lead forms), GoHighLevel (our CRM and lead management system), and Hostinger (our hosting provider). Each handles data under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
If you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta passes those details to us through its Lead Ads system and into our CRM. We use that information only to contact you about the offer in the ad.

Our website is hosted with Hostinger. Our CRM, analytics and advertising providers store data on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. By providing your information you consent to it being handled by these providers.
We take reasonable steps to use providers that offer appropriate protection.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as we work together plus a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax and business record-keeping obligations.
When it is no longer needed we delete it or de-identify it.
